Kumlien’s Iceland Gull Larus glauciodes kumlieni.

Saw my first adults of the season today, along with a couple of second-winter birds.
A wonderful total of seventeen Kumlien's Iceland Gulls were seen throughout the day
with up to ten on view at the same time. Just brilliant!


 Fig.1 & 2. Nice clean looking adult with medium-dark eye color, and medium-dark primaries.








 Fig.3. Another clean looking adult but with a paler iris than the bird in Figs 1 & 2.
