January 10th 2007. Rochester Waste Water Treatment Plant, NH. Slaty-backed Gull. Larus schistisagus. Adult winter. About a dozen birders got to see this beauty late in the morning. I was lucky enough to have it in view under varying light conditons for a total of an hour. I'll be adding more images and some comments to this page soon.
