| These images were taken at a saltmarsh where Nelson’s Sharp-tailed Sparrow Ammodramus nelsoni is also present, one of the few areas in the US where both species can be found breeding alongside each other. | ||||

| This bird looked rather more buff on the breast than many of the Saltmarsh sp. at Chapman's Landing, but still showed well defined breast streaking and a whitish throat. | ||||
