| Harlequin Duck Histronicus histronicus.
| We
were lucky to spot this lingering female Harlequin as we pulled out of
the harbor for the pelagic trip. Although it wouldn’t be that unusual
in winter, this was the first time that we’d recorded this species on a
September itinerary.
